Muna is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Tigaal and has extensive experience in spearheading monitoring and evaluation efforts, including third-party monitoring.

A leader with a proven track record manages constructive information feedback loops to inform program conceptualization. Skilled in leading consortium M&E, developing and implementing efficient M&E systems, promoting the standardization of M&E processes, and data quality assessment. Additionally, she has wide-ranging programmatic and research experience in emergency and recovery contexts in fragile countries. Good knowledge of key donors’ regulations and requirements, including UNICEF, the Somali Stability Fund (SSF), the World University Service of Canada (WUSC), the World Bank, the Foreign Common Wealth and Development Office (FCDO), the Swiss Development Corporation (SDC), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
